Thanks to all of you who stopped by our table at the activities fair.  Hopefully you enjoyed the portable wall as well.  For those of you who didn't hear our pitch at the fair, our first (informational) meeting will be Thursday, September 4th, in the Alumni Dining Room (Student Center across from Outtakes).  The club is open to people of all ability and experience levels.  Typically we take semi-weekly club trips to Upper Limits Climbing Gym in Bloomington, where the cost varies from 12-20 dollars per climbing session.  This year we are also looking at several outdoor locations including the Mississippi Palisades and Devils Lake, Wisconsin.  We recently purchased club equipment for trips, as some of you may have seen at our activities fair table.  As of this October, the Markin Center will have a 46' rock climbing wall as well.

Again, the informational meeting is Thursday, September 4th in the Alumni Dining Room (Student Center).  We're very excited to have brand new club equipment and a lot of interest.  Thanks again and keep climbing,

Joe, Anna, Josh, Kevin
